We treasure the narrow side as our inside
\n and fill it with sake, or soy sauce, or pills
\n living our compact lives the way humans do<\/p>\n
But maybe these little creatures whom we call bottles
\n think of that wide open space
\n that we humans call the “outside”
\n as their inside?<\/p>\n
Open minded as these creatures are
\n maybe they contain everything within their skin:
\n Us humans, and the earth, the galaxy,
\n and the whole universe<\/p>\n
Even the smallest bottle
\n like those eye drops over there
\n might just as well contain all the other bottles
\n as it is contained inside them<\/p>\n
